<<*was* Hargreaves intention>>
Who on is Hargreaves?
<>
Blatherskite is in his thirties? What a surprise!
<>
Wrong, Blinky, I did once have another ID (Adele) I have explained to the point of tears of boredom why, when and who, but read my lips, this is the only ID I now use!
<>
What an admission!

Not lying, Hoo dear, mistaken. For some strange reason, you have a real problem telling the difference. Why is that, I wonder? When you were Member, you accused me of lying when I was mistaken, way back September 2003, on the abortion thread. I wondered what on your issue was... Now I know you have a habit of over-reacting and going completely postal over things that other people can take quite calmly.

"Not lying, Hoo dear, mistaken."
You say tomayto...
"For some strange reason, you have a real problem telling the difference."
Projection.
"Why is that, I wonder?"
You do not wonder. Wonder implies thought.
"When you were Member,"
"you (sic) accused me of lying when I was mistaken, way back September 2003, on the abortion thread. I wondered what on your issue was..."
I'm forced to assume the issue was, perhaps, abortion? Interesting that I'm not the only person to have done this (and before you start with the tired "you are/were 'Member'" schtick, I'm thinking also of at least three others). You never for a moment stop to wonder, do you, why so many people keep pulling you up, over and over again, for the same things?
"Now I know you have a habit of over-reacting and going completely postal"
What a charmingly American phrase.
Sure you're not a Yank?
Think carefully, now, and do try to remember that almost everything you think you KNOW, is usually completely wrong.
I'm also amused that you're projecting again. If I were to ask a dozen people who know both us here which one of us "goes postal" (to use your phrase) at the drop of a hat in situations where a normal person wouldn't have a problem, I think I'm justified in saying eleven of the twelve would say that was a more apt description of YOU, not me. And since the twelfth would no doubt be Bain/Apparition/Wraith/RtmC, I'd count it as unanimous.
Time and again disinterested observers with no connection to me and no axe to grind take YOU to task to being affronted and "going postal" at something you've misinterpreted as a personal attack. Aren't you even *beginning* to realise the problem is on your end?

Oh, and for information:
"Who on is Hargreaves?"
Ian Hargreaves is a man with a dark and twisted sense of humour similar to my own, who perpetrated what, in retrospect, has been quite an entertaining stitch-up I would be proud of and would have been more impressed by if the primary target had been someone other than me. I grow less annoyed by it as time goes on and I realise that some people saw through it and others - and by this I mean YOU Della/Adelaide/Adele/Debbie/Annie - even now can't seem to get their heads round it.
You knew him as "Member".

Shouting spite, Hoo dear, isn't an answer to anything I said. Where did you learn a term like "projection"? It seems to be your latest accusation.
<< If I were to ask a dozen people who know both us here>>
Who would you ask, Hoo? Your other identities, or your few sycophants? Your friend Blinky made a few interesting admissions (above). Are you going to rebuke him for that?
<>
Sadly, you can't muster a single disinterested observer with no connection to you! It's sad, and no, I'm not projecting - don't fling the psychobabble around, because as the 18th century poet said, a "little learning is a dangerous thing."

"Shouting spite, Hoo dear, isn't an answer to anything I said."
Who's shouting?
Come to that, who's spiteful?
"Where did you learn a term like "projection"?"
University.
Where did you learn a term like "going postal"?
"It seems to be your latest accusation."
I speak as I find. It seems to be your latest pathology.
"Who would you ask, Hoo?"
What, you want a list?
"Your other identities,"
We've been through this. I've listed my "other identities". I've not used any of them for well over a year. Everybody knows they were me. There would be no point doing that - it's the kind of senseless, self-defeating act I'd expect from you. And indeed you have suggested it. Score.
"or your few sycophants?"
I don't believe I have ANY sycophants, actually. az seems heartily sick of my bickering with you, blicky spends as much time p**sed off with me as not, and Ferretbadger... well, he laughs at my jokes sometimes. It's not what I'd call a fan club.
"Your friend Blinky made a few interesting admissions (above). Are you going to rebuke him for that?"
I didn't see anything I'd rebuke someone for, but on that subject, since he's supposed to be one of the "sycophants", aren't you contradicting yourself? Again?
"<>
Sadly, you can't muster a single disinterested observer with no connection to you!"
Six7s.
Came to my space to have a go at me about something I said that they'd misinterpreted. No connection to me at all prior to that. Surprise surprise, you crashed the thread, and six7s told you in no uncertain terms that you had a reputation as a stalker, that they had no respect for you or for Apparition/Bain/etc., and that they'd prefer it if you just buzzed off. You responded with your usual mixture of bewilderment and "poor baby" act.
Now, there's ONE. Do you really want me to go and find other examples and make you look even more stupid? Because I'm 100% positive that six7s is NOT an isolated case.
"It's sad, and no, I'm not projecting - don't fling the psychobabble around, because as the 18th century poet said, a "little learning is a dangerous thing."
Then you, Della, are probably the most dangerous person on the site.

"as is the fact of his ignorance of the fact that none of us are either ignorant or conservative!
*Especially*, we are not conservative!"
Personally I would consider being labled Ingorant a bigger insult that labled a consevative, even given my political affiliation.

Ah, Weaselracoon, the faux socialist... Are you on the "left" in the same way Christopher Hitchens is, or perhaps in the way Christina Hoff Summers is a feminist? Maybe you think saying you're socialist will help you pull birds? After all, you *do* play rugby!

I am glad I amuse you Blinky... see, no one's totally useless! I stand by my comment - in the sense *I* meant, there is no appreciable difference between football and rugby.

Who coined "disinterested observer"
Those here use the phrase as if quoting me but if your quoting anyone it's yourselves. Should I expect anything else from people who live in their own little worlds?

"in the sense *I* meant, there is no appreciable difference between football and rugby"
Well, yeah, but in the sense *you* meant there's no appreciable difference between "decreasing" and "increasing" (e.g. population of New Zealand), there's no difference between "over 20,000" and "less than 17,500" (number of abortions in NZ), there's no difference between "over fifty" and "thirty five" (my actual age...), there's no difference between "this is a serious threat of death and I really mean it" and "I never said it was serious and I don't know what you mean about death threats", and of course, there's no appreciable difference AT ALL between saying "Adele is my sister" and saying "I never pretended Adele wasn't me".
So basically, Adelaide, you're telling us something we already know: that as far as you (and it seems the rest of your family) are concerned, there's no appreciable difference between a lie and the truth.
Quelle surprise.

Hoo, you're getting very boring! You're still screaming about an error, mistake etc (not a lie) in abortion statistics posted oh, nearly a year ago! Is it *that* important to you? (Hint - no one else still angsts about it...)
I notice you're also very agitated about whether I believe you're really 35. Vanity, tut tut...
As for the rest, you don't *want* to believe the truth, so get over it, I am not going to argue yet again about your other accusations.

"I notice you're also very agitated about whether I believe you're really 35. " well is other identity was a convincing 55 year old. Still bleating that you were modded solely for a name change rather than the truth?
