Sorry, m'dear, but I just read in the news that that stock has crashed. Something about a drought, and the loss of seriously major licorice crops this season.

Rev, they be the most wonderful confection ever concocted. "squashed cushions " of soft liquorice that look like black medieval seals that someone already stamped. Originating in Pontefract. Gorgeous!

Oh drat ... that region isn't on our schedule of places to visit in September. I may have to find someone there, bribe them a bit, to support the postal system.
