I have an interview next Tuesday for a post as a voluntary admin. assistant with the Citizen's Advice Bureau, for six hours per week. John thinks that I'll have to give the jeans a miss for a day and expose my legs to the unsuspecting public! I'm trying hard to remember whether I have any shoes that'll go with skirts any more!!!!

Hmmm... me must admit to have never been swimming... due to the fact that me doesn't much like water... ~Greebo hastily adds~... but me adores some of the folk that live within... ~grin~

Well, I tried half my skirts on and found some shoes, having blunted hubby's razor but used the inclement weather as an excuse to wear a pair of black boot cut trousers, so I still got to wear me boots!!!

I start in September, when the sprogs go back to school!

I went swimming this evening with my son, Christopher. The pool was almost empty as it was just gone 5pm when we got there. However, it started to fill up at about 6.30pm with lots of YOUNG MEN. I thought perhaps it was a YMCA convention, but had to leave as my skin was getting all wrinkled and I didn't want to give the impression that I was old and wrinkled.

Had you thought... that these young men had all heard that the great Gwennie was afloat in the pool and had all raced along to see you... ~grin~

Well, it had occured to me! *Blushes* As I have real problems keeping the hoards of YOUNG MEN away at times...

However, "the Great Gwennie" may apply to the size of my bum too!

I'm a v busy old fish for a while. Left my job and getting ready to move and start new one. I don't have so much time to play However, Sunshine and Moonlight are at Guide camp this week.
