Hello My Friends 
,
I would like to thank you all for your lovely comments, it means so much to know that people care and are concerned about me .
I am feeling better than I did the other day. I have been suffering with a number of problems, heart palpitations being one of them, which means I am back and forth to the hospital having different scans and tests to try and find out if any more medication will benefit me 
.
I am having lung function tests on Wednesday, I get very breathless and need to sit down a lot more often for a rest. I seen my specialist a few weeks ago, and was told that my ataxia had worsened which is quite frightening 
. I am just trying to take each day as it comes now. The tiredness is still a big problem, which is when I suffer the most with my anxiety and depression.
With the support from yourselves, I will keep fighting and coping with life the best I can .
