Yes, sure you can. If it's not life-threatening, I can't see why you shouldn't eat what you want every now and then.

I just feel so guilty about all this icecream and stuff - but then I feel virtuous about feeling guilty, so there's no problem.

I only feel guilty when I see that I've gained another kilo, and then I think 'I must stop eating the wrong things' - and usually, that's it.

I don't suffer at all when I see I've gained another kilo. I never see such things - I don't have bathroom scales. There's another problem solved.

I'm rather glad that we don't. There might be some in the mailroom, but they'd be a bit small.
