9.5 years - do you get long service leave? That's what kept me there, if I'm honest.

Not sure what you mean by long service leave?

My annual leave entitlement goes up by one day for every two years of service - I hit the maximum of 28 days after next year though.

We get four weeks Recreation Leave every year, regardless of length of service. Staff in remote areas get an additional week. After ten years we get another 90 days Long Service Leave, with another 9 days credited for every additional year.

I feel very very lucky.

Kea, just for you I'll play 'Choppers' very loud. It's the Kentucky Freud Mix. I also have their version of Super Trouper, which is frankly terrifying.
