< U228224 > 'Into the mist...John' (I suggest this is Marie-Christien)

They are still not all home. Perhaps we can visit them at their Personal Space.

WanderingAlbatross - Wing-tipping down the rollers of life's ocean.

Congratulations to John, Marie Chritine, Nick, Igor and everybody else who have contributed to this epic voyage. They have made a difference; a 105,000 signature petition is in the UN library; somebody with influence will have sat up and listened to John's speech in Rome; many people around the world are now more aware of the plight of the Albatross, including opinion formers such as HRH Prince Charles and Matthew Parris. The battle will continue.

For John and the Crew it's time to settle down in front of the fire with maybe a wee nippie, to relax and reflect and recharge flat batteries, before the mind starts ticking and the 'Is it time to go again' thoughts start to creep in.

I think John should now escape from the tyranny of the Daily Log with one final entry.
Yours aye.....smiley - peacedove

As smiley - tit rightly says, they are not all home yet. Some of the crew are far from home. I do hope they will get time to relax, but I think not, for a while anyway.

I also hope that John will update the log for a while with any news. It will feel strange not to be able to follow their activities any more smiley - sadface

I tried sending an email to Ardmore but it was returned. Probably switched off, or collapsed under the weight of good will messages! I will write a letter as soon as I get time. I have made a list of all the h2g2 posters that I have traced, so all messages will be passed on.
