Yep, Zaphods second animatronic head acutally cost more than the actor because bits kept breaking the gears getting sheared when he ran along too fast and it couldn't cope with the undulating motion.
Also, Hi Lisa, Dan is back, but I'm not sure how together I will be able to stay, as this dimension seems to be corrosive on my grey matter.

The head is better than I imagined. Then again, someone once told me that they'd just used a papier mache balloon.
The acting is terrible, apart from Arthur, who is 100% perfect. Ford is 70% perfect. His image is right but he doesn't have the right mannerisms...

...no appreciation for the subtlies of B-movies and crap television.
I guess if it don't have super-CGI effects, it won't make the cut?

It's not the effects, though. It's the fact that everything is WRONG.

Apparently not!
The old h2g2 shop was selling copies signed by DNA. I managed to snatch one of those up.
Let me tell you, the book itself is brilliant! I love it! A lot of time and money were poured into that project. 
My daughters call it 'daddy's special picture book'. We look at the pictures from time to time and I give them a plot overview with each photo.
My eldest loves Marvin - he reminds her of Eyeore.
