Heh... I'm forwarding that to a buddy of mine that just got an English mastiff puppy. He's been wanting a side car for it. That might just be big enough.

to a rally, get totally pissed and ride back, passed out in the sidecar.

I have a small cargo trailer that I take on motorcycle runs. In it, I carry a "tent cot" which is exactly like it sounds, a cot with a tent on top of it; and depending on the season, a generator and small window unit A/C. Since it's roughly coffin sized and about 60° inside I call it the "sarcophagus". I would quickly trade it in for the side hearse.
