Mrs Zen

There was a researcher called Ben
Whose house was a bit of a den
With the dirt and the filth
Amounting to tilth
And flies the size of a wren

Sorry about that. I had hoped to make it to the 20th before being reduced to limericks.

paulh, vaccinated against the Omigod Variant

A friend once quoted Quentin Crisp on the subject. Apparently Crisp said that if you've done no cleaning for four years, it no longer matters.

My personal take is that I would love to live in one of my recurring dreams, in which I've let dirt accumulate to such depth in my living room that grass and flowers have taken root in it. A meadow in my living room seems such a blissful outcome.smiley - smiley
