Said author of "A Void" had a wish to construct all forms of writing without using two of similar forms. This was almost too difficult to do. Oh, and know that only at this point in this post am I using that most important of symbols: an é!
E

Not with the accent mark sitting on its head.
The book was originally written in French. The English version didn't use any e either. Another book written by the same author ONLY used the letter E!

Said later book must have been somewhat...

I think he meant E was the only *vowel* used.

Yeah, I did. Don't say I didn't warn you, Mewtwo: you'll sully your name alongside mine!

Apparently, I'm the only being on the h2g2 who has an interest in maintaining association with him. Hey, look, YK, speaking as a guy sitting at a computer, if I were *really* dead set on not getting my name sullied, I wouldn't have chosen a Pokémon as my web name!

No.
And in case you weren't aware, YK exploded some time ago. I later found evidence of him at the home of Olli San the Rudolph Steiner Sheep™¿?'s place, but now I can't.

Can't find any evidence he's there. He might have teleported; there's no traces he's left that he just walked out and made his way to a MagLev station.

Imagine what, specifically?
Incidentally, I just got a postcard from him today, saying that he's gone skinny dipping at a, quote, "Virtual Cove," unquote. Do you know where that might be? The photo was insanely obscured. The postcard is at the forum "Postcards from the voide" at my front page.

Virtual cove? Nope, no idea.
Look at it this way - as long as we don't go to virtual toilets, I'm fine.

Hmm.
I've found where he is, and, in that forum, Mew and I are in an SEP, flying around Velma the whale. Should you decide to join in, it's at the forum "The party's on the whale!" shown at the forums I've been at.
