EV and fords' holiday log
Dr E Vibenstein (You know it is, it really is.) Started conversation Oct 11, 2005
Sorry it took so long, I seem to have been typing it up in real time. But now here it is! The official story of EV and fords' holiday.
I've given it its own page so that you don't have to read it if you're not particularly interested (like Master B).

I think you made a typo there EV - that last bit surely should have been:

In the unlikely event that I should mention even the slightest thought of travelling to foreign climes (except Englandshire) - can you just point me back in the direction of your holiday log please
I am sure it was a great time otherwise though!!

I spoke with one of your ex-pats last night at the local pub here in Texas... He was trying to convince me (preaching to the choir) that I should take a holiday to England just for the beer.
I'm already planning something like that.
He also made a point to warn me that Badger Beer is pisswater.

You want to come to Scotland for the beer, it's much better! That means you can go to the Caledonian Brewery in Edinburgh and drink as much of the best IPA ever(Deuchars) to your heart's content
And Badger Beer is lovely so he's wrong

You folks will know when I head that way... sadly it will probably be no sooner than 2007... I've still got to do... some stuff I've been putting off.
