I don't really look at the blurb at the top of my own page with any great degree of attention and I've only just noticed the bit about 'early thirties'
When do the mid-thirties begin? I think we need a campaign for a clearer classification of such things. My suggestion is this:
Early thirties - 30-34
Mid-thirties - 35-38
Late thirties - 39
There: now I don't have to update anything.

34, eh? Tee-hee, how very old!
*s round the site saying "Trin Tragula's OLD! He's 34!"
*
...
Well, in that case, I declare that 21 is "late teenage", and refute all claims that I'm now an adult.

Nope - late teenage now officially runs from 18 to 34
*only got 50 weeks till I have to worry about redefining that again*

hmm, come to think, "late teenager" has a certain ring of truth to it, as well - I never did get the hang of being on time for things

The 30's should be banned, they are yuck, horrible and all of that stuff! its just because im about to hit the last year of my 20's and dreading the big 30, sounds awful. Too resposible for my liking! So I now deem that 30 is going back to your 20's again! Saying that, a couple of my friends are thinking that we are going on a 18-30's holiday this year, just so we can yep, been there, done that

Why have I not deleted this journal? Damning evidence of decrepitude!
Or ... I could start a new one claiming to be twelve!
Pah - timeless classic you are
(Just keep having *that* birthday for the next twenty years or so and make sure everyone is too flumped to notice).

Don't delete it! I want to return here every year and torment you about impending wrinklyness.
(Hmm. Not sure I'd be able to get people to make me a Steve Hawking card each year).
Key: Complain about this post
