Can't get no sleep.....

Please translate ? what does btw mean(remember I am new to this and only joined a few days ago)am either really stupid this morning or its that sleep deprivation to blame again

Imagine that being awake is the surface of the desert and being asleep is going below the surface. The more you sleep the better chance there is of going deeper below the sand. As you go down you will get to damp sand and that is quite refreshing if you were hot but if you keep going you will get to the really refreshing and reviving pools of water.
If you don't sleep for long enough (say 7 or 8 hours) you never get to the reviving levels of sleep and that's not good for you. It can lead to all sorts of mental health issues if you aren't careful but we can mend a lot of that stressful stuff ourselves with sleep.
*looks to see if he has bored anyone back to sleep yet.*

Now just loosen those things you find constricting, like gold wrist watches, diamond engagement rings, jewel encrusted tiaras, platinum necklaces.
