Mmm, probably not lol...speakin' of ...our Canadian equivalent of Charb...I mean Starbucks http://www.secondcup.com/home.asp has a promotion on, their Latte's are just $2 on Tues., so about $1.50 saving, not bad. So guess what I'm having a couple of tomorrow?

Man, that aint bad for a deccent ...I'm pretty sure the Aussie dollar and the Canadian dollar are about equal in value these days ??

Those ing starbucks seem to be all over the city these days...I must admit I've never really been there though, as the only time I went into one was when I had my American around and he wanted a "decent milkshake" ...

I know what you mean hun, they Are all over...serving Burnt ...& people just mindlessly shell out for it! I live near an area I've nicknamed "the caffeine quadrant" or "java junction", because within a roughly 1 mile radius, we've got; 2 Starbucks, 2 Second Cups, a Timothy's (another Canadian chain), a Tim Horton's - a donut chain named after a hockey player, that yeah... & s, but they also have soups, etc). But there're 3 or 4 other houses in the area.

Where I live it's mostly cafe's, bars, book shops and pubs as far as I can tell...which pretty much suits me down to the ground !

And, yeah, I think our 2 dollars are roughly the same, your's might be worth just a bit more.

It certainly saves on the brainwork...trying to figure out how to convert currency when the Aussie dollar is worth 40 pence, or 70 american cents, etc, etc !

....the way I look at it...what? its money, it gets spent, end of story...oh, & I never seem to have quite enough!

And on that I must for the night, on account of the fact that work finished an hour ago and I'm all alone !
