hi all sorry not been to good i had two heart infarctions in less than a few minutes i had to use one spray under the tongue

its was about 5 days back couldnt get a message from here the h2 was down, still not in full play i cant climb stairs for now i sleep on the settee it can if i need to be a bed when opened out

the lady that got rex back for me as been with food for rex for a few weeks, my grt nephew and his wife came on sunday they had food and tins of soup im still not eating all full foods

any updates if im not about katrine im intouch with every day at least twice morning and night.neibours still driving me nuts but cant do anything unless i can locate the real landlord

i take out the earing aids at night so im nearly deaf,ive convered the old headphones to blank out at the evening time and what tv i like with text they will never drive me out or down if the army didnt get me they never will lol (ps kat as my number so as ptp
