Hussassan's Rag Week, Day 2
Apollyon - Grammar Fascist Posted Feb 23, 2005
I actually don't drink. Yes, that is typed correctly. I am a 19-year-old college student who does not drink. You see, I do not need alcohol to act insane. This is a common theme in my family. Today there was an incident involving alcohol, which I won't tell you about until after the foam party in 45 minutes or so.
Something I forgot to mention about yesterday: There was a 'speed dating' thing where four guys and four girls were paired off and had to find out stuff about each other. Whichever coule knew the most got a free romantic dinner for two at Four Star Pizza. The questions were pretty generic, but one guy listed his favourite sexual position as 'Samuel.'
If I'd gotten the question, I might have said 'axillism' for humour, despite being a virgin.

Yesterday my chemistry lab partner came in drunk. She and her friend who was alos drunk wouldn't stop laughing, which prompted the practical session overseer to mention that 'It seems beer has already destroyed some people" in the pre-lab talk. He then told them both to leave and get a cup of coffee. Since they weren't allowed back into the lab, I'm guessing they were sent out not to sober up but to keep from destroying anything. They also planned on anonymously giving our bench supervisor a pair of daffodils to cheer her up, because she's always so gloomy.
Had a foam party later in the college bar, which was absolutely insane. Dropping suds on people's hair is surprisingly amusing, and there was alos quite a bit of groping, though what with the density of people and all the white matter, it was impossible to tell who touched who.
If you ever go to a foam party, don't wear your best clothes. They will get seriously wet and full of detergent. You should also wear fairly waterproof shoes and be careful about falling down, as foam tastes revolting. It's also not nice if you get it in your eyes.
I won't be going out tonight because I'm absolutely knackered. There's nothing on tomorrow, so I can finally get a good rest since I'll have the house to myself.

Reef, that may not be far off the mark. Some refuse to give to charity because they want to spend money on alcohol (ironically enough, alcohol was the subject of one of my organic chemistry lectures during rag week). Since I din't drink and had just come from my birthday, I had moeny to burn.

Neither do I for that matter. I mean, there's happy hour on Fridays, and some Thursdays we have poker night at my girlfriend's house, but other than that, I'm pretty temperate.
