If I could manage to ease up on the pain pills, I would be a tad more functional. Part of it is tied to the weather. A lot of it is tied to stress. Right now, we're still in the hurry up and wait stage. You know just how much my live does revolve around my granddaughter. My son, well, that's another issue entirely.

It WAS a facinating part of the conversation I came into last night. You guys did not have to stop on my account. I do have some questions running around my head, but they belong better in an email than out here. Also, I need to find out exactly what I missed.

I made it in, incidentally (phew) it was okay. Now I've made up my mind to come over, I'm getting really uptight and sensitive to all the shit I complain about most of the time here.. So much to sort out and stick out at the same time. I've told people at work but they're overcompensating with sarcasm, and I'd just as soon not be there. Still, it keeps me more or less functional.

I just read B's email. He has vastly underestimated how much we are talking...not just about the script but about everything. I didn't realized how MUCH I missed that aspect of my life. Looking forward to many more sleepless evenings.

The sun is not exactly shining but it isn't raining. I've been up for almost an hour and no pain pill yet.

Well, I'm off and away to my job such as it is. It's Friday so until I want to troll the web all day, I had better remember to bring a book. Oh well, at least it's better than yesterday. I got to spend the entire morning on the floor crawling around under desks

Dontcha just love it when you tell somebody important things about your life, and they respond with 'just deal with it!' Yeah, that's real easy to say. Sarcasm comes cheap. Integrity, friendship, and insight take a bit of effort. Human beings that can't be bothered to lift a mental little finger in sympathy just don't get to play in the same sandbox with me.

I hope you're doing better today, Krispy... don't let the bas***ds get you down.
