i'm 15
I got 146 on that IQ test (i would forward U the results, but then U would know my name, and I consider that a problem). 
only, I can't be bothered to create a guide entry (for starters wot would I write about???)
so I guess I don't meet your requirements, but it seems i'm the only one who wants to join.

soory about the wait, but this club is for the simple fun of exclusion. Actually, you may find functions and such listed at the forum at the requirements page.

Maybe that's your problem: many people wont join a group where you push people to the sidelines. ALso, you may have too small a demographic to find: from being on this site for not that long, but two months, I haven't come across that many under 18's, the majority are over.

that is probably a very valid point... but it has been established that the whole point of this League is exclusion... so if those who are older than the set age, or those who don't meet the criteria are allowed into the league this will entirely defeat the purpose, therby causing the universe to implode...
it would just be an imprudent move as far as i'm concerned.

BUt many young intelligent people wont join a society that is so exclusionist on said grounds. I personally don't know how easy the intelligence requirements are to achieve, having not taken the test, or how they relate to other IQ tests, but if you set your sights high, then there will be a degree of disappointment involved.

well, for the people who are allowed to be joining the League, the set standard should be exceedingly EASY to acheive (I didn't find it that hard, and I'm an idiot).
and I think you are incorrect on the thing where young intelligent people don't want to join an exclusionary society, most young people delight in excluding others, it gives them a sense of power, some people get their jollies out of such things...
and those who are disappointed 'cos they can't join, just add to the novelty.
