They are songs...Lifehouse sang the first, and Harry sang the second...

The first is from 'hanging by a moment', which i chose because of the way that some people [ie me] sometimes feel sorry for themselves, when really there are people whod kill to be in their situation...

I chose the second one [though i cant remember what she called it...] just because i like the song

I'm in a bit of bother as regards working at the moment - I'm trying to find work in the small town/village in Somerset where I live and it's a nightmare!! I don't drive, and the public transport here is shameful - there's one bus a week to one of the other villages, and even then you wouldn't be able to get back......

Most of the work in this area you have to be able to drive in order to get to it....but I can't take driving lessons until I get a job and some money....I even applied to Sainsbury's in a moment of desperation, but even they won't have me. I'm beginning to feel like leper.

Guess its time to get off my a**e and start my own business/practice - I was hoping to find a job to tide me over whilst I got my practice together, but apparently that's not going to happen.

It's honestly not that bad...though it does pee me off at times! The people are nice, and the pay is quite good, and it means I can save for uni, so its all good

Finding work is most definitely a pain in the ass! I'm an august birthday [relevance i hear you ask...], meaning i turned 16 in august [well duh ] and the main job times are june and october...this meant that I could try [and fail] to get a job as a 15 yr old, or I could wait till october...

..I tried everywhere in town, but to no avail...so I created my own third option: McDonalds

Why wouldnt they have you? Is there a market for a practise in your towny villagey thing? Did you think about moving?
