It was a brand new car, like really new, 48 miles onm the clock, 23 hours old, did I mention that it was new. We had saved for a long time and with a third baby on the way, we needed a bigger car, anyway, new car with me and my girls driving down boulevard when out of junction comes TW*T in his car and smashes into my door and rear wing. Other reason fopr purchase was to drive to Scotland with family for New Year. That was damn near scuppered. Other guy wouldn't get out of car as afraid that I would hit him. Wouldn't have done, but Police turned up and sorted stuff out. That was on December 20th, still no car back and looks like another 4-6 weeks for parts to arrive and get fitted.
My wife didn't even get to drive it.
