h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

Well, I have enjoyed my first day on the Front Page with my first effort Sprites.

What can I say - fame at last - I told everyone - and even had my work colleagues read it.

I suppose this is another milestone in my ageing process - instead of getting excited about celebrity gossip or the next big boozing session I'm going to - I now get excited by - Look what I've written.

Now I have to go to work tomorrow knowing that all the young girls there will be going - What is she on sprites indeed she wants to get a life.

Well - who cares - I'm happy - and my day in the sun has passed all to quickly.

I've noticed it on the front page, but was without internet for quite a huge üart of the day, so forgot to leave an and a for you

No, not at all, I only got involved in all this at the beginning of this year
I have two recommended entries at the moment, and that will be it.

Its all those EG entries in your PS that give the impression of a long an prolific history on the front page.

I'm stuck for inspiration at the moment - can't think of topic no. 4 - what am I like

Got a couple of boring sort of things which if nothing else turns up I may have a go at - but other than that - nothing.

Tell me this do you do the work in word, then copy it to here or do you do the work here with all the guideml as you're going along

I knowwhat you mean, I remember having looked at people's massive guide entries in awe, not knwing they were sub-editors Although there are quite a few who actually have written so many edited entries, like Gnomon, for instance.
I never get to a PC at work, but I have started my entries offline, then, at some point got annoyed with not being able to do the guide nl right away, so worked on them here.
Must be off, it's late and I work tomorrow.
