I once had a lengthy discussion with a lady in Norway about trolls. We were travelling to a venue at the Lillehammer Olympics and it took me some time before I realised that she quite genuinely believed in trolls. She even asked if we had any in Canada.

*belches* Trolls aren't real.

And with that, a puff of logic did remove the trolls from existence, and from h2g2.
