I play bass a little but I don't own one. Andy thinks I'm weird but I do just naturally focus in on bass.
Did no-one ever tell you that when you split from someone the first thing you do is copy all their cd's?

Good point well made! Either that or steal them.
So we've pretty much got a band at the curry do then? Andy on guitar, you on the bass, me on drums and granny on vocals.

It's just a curry crawl in Rusholme, Manchester, but there do appear to be a few Tori fans coming along. You up for it then James? It's on the DNA meets page I think? I know the date is Saturday 8th Feb.
3SM you were suppossed to steal her cd's not her steal yours
We may have a band, but I don't think anyone will be bringing their instruments unless you usually carry a drum kit around with you?

Hey James
As the folk on h2 are so lovely, not to mention very fond of &'s they tend to arrange to meet up from time to time, or maybe just at the drop of a hat.
They happen all over the country, some of them get set up by and/or advertised by DNA Meets, which you can find @ U188421.
Don't know where you are, I'm guessing somewhere a bit further south than us, but maybe we'll see you at a meet somewhere sometime. (I think 3SM's shameless plugging is wearing off on me!)
I did that Tori CD for my mate Beaver, my CD burner seems to be playing ball again and about time too! I'll run another one off for ya, can't have you Toriless now can we?
Meets
Zed Posted Jan 21, 2003
It's harsh but I've got a wedding to attend on Saturday in Derby; I won't make it this time. Tell all the ZZ9s they'll have to Sprinkle Zamphour without me!
Keep me informed.
Meets
Event Horizon Posted Jan 22, 2003
As you may have noticed there are a few meets already in the planning stages, and more turn up all the time. Just keep an eye on the meet pages, or I'll try and let you know if something new crops up. Another good one to keep your eye on is t' Flatcap & Muffler page A732458
We'll meet up for Gargle Blasters yet!

Andy, cheers. You rock the Cazbar.
James, be nice to meet you at a meet sometime.
Ph, I think the good people of rusholme may object if I set my kit up in the restaurant yes.
Won't you pour me one more of that Old Janx Spirit?
Zed Posted Jan 22, 2003
KNOCK MY BRAINS OUT WITH A SLICE OF LEMON WRAPPED AROUND A GOLD BRICK!
Yes, that would be most nice.

He'll only say "will you never learn?"
Glad you like it trust me it just gets better and better the more you play her stuff, when I was at college I was not sure about Tori at all, it was when I actually listened that I changed my mind. She is superb!
James, off to look at your entry now & Nice new name
One more thing Lee, aw go on bring your drums! - or I withhold the CD!

No way am I lumping my drum kit around rusholme!!
James, I like the article man. It does exactly what it needs to.

But it would look so comic if you carted your drum kit around with you
You could always busk and pay for the meal?!
I first liked Tori when I was in school, way back yonder. My mate Claire plays all her stuff on the piano, and I get a real kick out of listening to her recreate a little of the Tori magic.

Yeah, trace does the same. she's amazing when she is on the keys and singing too. spine tingled stuff.
I've only been busking once. when I was about 16 with the guitar my voice. did alright cash wise. Enough for a couple of jars, a slap up feed and the bus fare home.

I couldn't ever imagine busking, I'd die of the embarrassment! That's unless someone shot me or gagged me first to shut me up
My Mate's at the Royal Academy in London so I don't get to hear her much anymore, but hopefully she'll be making her own music one day, so that'll be cool.
