Andy said she was going to a pool hall last night, so I think she has her revenge already. I'm so jealous!!!
Does it get hammered really early on a Tuesday night? What time is the comedy on til?

Starts at 8.30, should be finished by 11pm but rarely does. And Ian Cognito always overruns by a large margin.
I'm getting in there for 8 tonight as I'm going for a kip first. Very tired.
Wish I was on holiday....

Ah yes it has been wet, but not all the time. I'm up very close to the Mountains here, clouds clinging to them, but near the coast it clears up fairly quickly
I got to muck around in the Pacific yesterday (not to mention wandering around in Hollywood) & and am going to the beach again tomorrow
Wooohooo!

Yep. Would love to get away at the mo but faaar to much on. Had a sh*t night DJing in XS last night. the crowd were hideous and I was propositioned by someone old enough to be my mother.

There's nothing wrong with an older woman, you never know what you might learn?!
Does XS get full of idiots? I thought it was a student type place, but I do know of a few unsavoury characters that go there after Didsbury coz it's open later.

Friday nights are usually ok. Quite studenty. Saturday nights tend to have more yokels. It's usually ok. Just last Friday that sucked. The doorman are supposed to vet people and not let in people that look like the gonna cause trouble. I know who shouldn't prejudge people an all that, but unfortunately, you have to!
And the women that wanted to take me home thought I was in my thirties! cheeky moo.

Doormen are rum, my Dad was one. He used to work the door at Jilly's years ago. Some nights just become crap for no apparent reason. I remember that from when I used to be a barmaid, in my youth.
You, in your thirties?!

I think I need to sleep more though, or I am gonna be old before my time!

Sleep!!! I know the feeling. I'm used to looking older than my age, so it doesn't bother me as much anymore, joys of a hard life
