Uhm... woulda, coulda, shoulda but you've deleted the entry. 
If this was by mistake, you can restore it by clicking on your 'Show More Guide Entires' button and then 'Cancelled Entries' and finally 'Uncancel' the specific entry.
Maybe you should, could, would restore it and let us have a look.
