GM GL has indicated that the game should start tomorrow. However, there are factors that may delay the start slightly: Lil is still not present, and other characters have not yet been accounted for.
I am restricted from revealing anything about my character at this time, in fact, that would probably be a major strategic liability. It wouldn't be a good idea to discuss my suspicions, tactics, or plans here, either.
I do like keeping journals, though. So each day (about) I will update this space with the major events that have occured in the game recently. My thoughts, my character's thoughts, and other insights won't appear, but at least it'll give me something to do.
That said, I should make these points:
1) That I've been looking into the history of the other researchers playing roles in this game.
2) I've discovered that some really well known, top quality players have been given roles I would have previously thought inconsequencial.
3) I need to keep in mind that if a character were /really/ inconsequencial, he or she wouldn't /be/ a character. Specifically, I'm keeping my eye on the Cat.

Oooooo, clever lad!
But, you can't tell too much from the casting - I've hit on just about every good player I know

I'm still wondering why there's no character description of the in my private thread. I feel as if you're hiding something from me.

But I don't know what my motivation is! I don't know whether or not I'm a cat person!
