Update time!
So I'm now officially "moved in" to the new apartment. Yesterday was my first full day here as a resident but I came to stay the night before.
Yero joined me last night and he is settling quite nicely so far. He came early (without Elphaba) because he has hit PUBERTY!
He constantly assaults his toy rat, Ratticus, and attacked my dog.
He is getting comfortable here so I can get him neutered with as little stress as possible and Elphaba can move in after he's all healed up.
Yesterday I got two goldfish and in the not-to-distant future I'm going to get bala sharks (in a different tank). My cousin got two oscars and a very lovely placo that are happily swimming around his aquarium in the livingroom. And Squeakers and Killer
(who we've adopted from another cousin because he and his wife have moved in with my grandfather) are very much at home here, which Kitty doesn't like. This apartment is full!
I went out and applied to work at a chocolate shop today. (Won't jaz'd be jealous!
) And I'm still waiting to here from universities.
Anywho, I've probably forgotten something but it'll come back to me.
How's everyone else?

And I'm fine-yes jealous, or ratherious...*shrugs*but c'est la vie! Definitely a bit slow today...hopefully some Ecuadoran
will remedy that somewhat.

Ah ok....& this Ecuadoran(75% cocoa solids)is Very nice - bought it at Shoppers Drug Mart. It's made by Lindt( http://www.lindt.com ), they've recently brought out some single origin bars in their Excellence line. Shoppers had them on at 2 for $5 - I bought the Ecuadoran & one from Madagascar. They also had one from Cuba
(that's Castro
)

The last of my bala sharks just died earlier in the month. I wish you lived a little closer, I'd offer to donate the tank and related gear. No one else seems to want it.
Otherwise, it sounds like you're doing well.
I'm doing all right. It's been a very slow, boring day at work, and I've spent the afternoon sulking because my boss took a few people to lunch and I wasn't included this time. We have a nice relaxing weekend planned, though, so I think I'll recover. I'm outta here in about 15 minutes or so anyway.
Good luck with the bunny neutering!

This is truly shocking. and
in one persons life? Tsk tsk. What's more, the bunny is randy, so she could end up with a choccy covered horny teenage mutant ninja bunny sharing her room.
Hmmm....could you hunt down bunny sized headphones & plug him into some sort of seriously heavy while he awaits "No worse fate befalls than deballs"?

Terri, you are a delight! I'm anxiously awaiting my next check so I can have this bunny fixed already! He blew me away when he went after Ben
He went under him and bit him where-the-sun-don't-shine. I have never seen my little dog so angry. He actually pinned bunny down by the neck!
Needles to say, Yero won't be meeting the cats outside of his cage anytime soon!
I still have to wait to find out about the chocolate shop. The lady who I spoke to is away and will be back Tuesday so I intend to go and harrass her then. No more news from universities yet either.
Awwww!!!PC
Poor sharkypoohs! You should see my cousins aquarium now. There are...
Sushimi (the bigger oscar)
Daggermouth (the smaller oscar)
Sir Sucksalot of the not-so-round aquarium (placo)
Gonzo (tire track eel, lovely)
Bluedo (blue ciclid, gorgeous)
Little Guy (blue ciclid, also pretty)
Pumpkin (orange and black ciclid, adorable)
and some feeders. One of the minnow is pregnant so I kidnapped her so she can carry her babies to term. She's happily living with the goldfish. Anybody know the gestation period for minnow?
I can't wait to get my sharks! I think I want to get one albino, one red tail black shark and a couple of bala sharks or one bala and one id.
Oh, have to end this post. Someone else needs the computer.

PC, I told my cousin about your aquarium and he had a not-so-bad idea. How big is your aquarium? Do you think it would cost much to ship? If it isn't much I could probably pay for delivery. If not it's ok too.

Pregnant minnows. You do know how to complicate your life don't you?
<<>>
As to dog bollywockle biting; er...not actually come across this before. I suspect the dog needs psychotherapy, assertiveness training probably. Try & get him to sit (which will at least protect his balls)& calmly face up to the bunny & in a calm, low growl (NOT a yap, whine or bark) explain stuff like:
"My friend, i maybe do not squeak exactly the smae language as you. but we are sisters under the skin. Bunnies are designed to eat carrots. Dogs are designed to eat bunnies. Please go away and think about this."
I reckon a nice baby crocodile should be next on your shopping list FF; they are very cute, lovely yellow mouths & very soft tummies, oddly, people don't in general realise the joy of croc smushing.

I'm not sure, but I'll gladly look into it. I assume FedEx or UPS deliver up in your neck of the woods? Barring that, y'all can drive down to Chicago and get it.
Seriously, though, I'll see how much shipping would be. It includes an undergravel filter and a bio-wheel filter, both of which would need replacement filter elements. Also includes a hood, fluorescent lamp, gravel, plants, fish net, and an air pump. We broke the air stone cleaning it, and it'll need a new background as well.
And if the shipping isn't more than the thing is worth, you are welcome to it for the cost of shipping it.

Oh, and the heater and thermometer would come with as well.
Email me your postal code and I'll get a price quote.

Terri, I was looking for that info everywhere! How ever did you find it? I may have to put mama back in with the oscars than, my goldfish don't have a plant, they only have a dinosaur. She will be eaten for sure.
I think Ben got his message across when he pinned bunny by the neck. Yero is very lucky Ben only wanted to warn him! They don't live together any longer though.
And it's the weirdest thing, my brother has been pestering me to get a crocodile. There's a place around my parents house (I'm moved out now) that has them. 3 cats, 2 bunnies, several fish and 3 people is enough for one little apartment though.
PC, FedEx and UPS both deliver here. Purolator as well, I don't know if they're in the States.
That's a lot of stuff.
If you're sure you want to part with it and it costs less to ship than to buy I would love to take it off your hands... although I am very broke this week.
