...but then it did.
See below - since then, I went to band practice, where I as told that a friend of mine had died whilst I was away, and another friend has been taken very ill with cardio and respiritory problems.
Went to bed last night so lethargic and fed up, that I fell asleep, fully-clothed, and in the middle of a phone call to my beloved Increase Mathers.
It really can't get much worse now...can it?

Funnily enough - I was just thinking about that saying yesterday!!!
Dawn at the moment is IM coming home at the end of the month for the long weekend (It's the Queen's Golden Jubilee so we get weekend followed by Monday and Tuesday bank holidays!!!)

That's what I call a long weekend.
I notice you changed your nick, so I guess you're feeling a little better.

Yeah - a bit. Had my first exam today. A Maths type thing. ONly one in the college desperate enough for points to do level 3.
Finishing Q7, and the exams officer rushes in (the rest of the Gym full of history students) with an amendment just faxed from the exam board - to q8!!!

So level 3 is rather high, with difficult questions but the chance to score decent points...?
q7/q8: How is that? I mean personal service, perfect timing and everything.
Slightly dis-organised but still...
Did comparing the two versions provide any clues?

Level 3 - Gives me another 10 UCAS points for University (that's about 1 quarter of the points I'd get for an E at A-Level!) Supposed to be a little harder than GCSE (Exams at age 16).
Clues? No - it was a change of a number at the beginning of the question. They'd missed a 3 off the beginning so instead of neing 36.4, it was 6.4 - this does affect the outcome of the math rather!!!

mathS - if you're gonna pick me up on not having northern vowels, you'd better not start lapsing into irritating americanisms! [only joking, I'm sure it's just a typo, but I haven't actually got anything to say at the min]
