Went to the pub last night. Had a gym session this morning, 35 minutes cardio, and some weights..
Washed with the anti microbial wash from the hospital.

Up at 4.30 in the morning then at hospital by 7. I am 2nd on the list so opperation should be about midday..

I had three friends staying here from Friday to Sunday. I usually only have to cater for myself so now that I am alone again I really enjoy the peace and quiet

Heeling is very rapid, if you are very fit.. apparently I am extremely fit and should be home in a couple of days.
Patients don't normally just sit up unaided a few hours after surgery, and get out of bed without seeming effort.. I did.

Today got tons of stuff removed, central line, ECG, pacing wires and several miles of medical tape.
Washed and back in clothes..
Moving propperly, feeling like myself.
Home tomorrow, then working on breathing and walking until the breast bone heels, and then back to the gym.

Got a 6 hour long antibiotic infusion last night.
Finished about 3 AM.
Had to pee whilst teathered to the pump stand. The pee pot wasnt big enough, subsequent laughing with nurse, taught me how painful laughing is, a few days after an electric saw sliced through your breast bone..

No doubt there will be another infussion today, which will slow my release down.
