Actually been at a two day meeting in Oxford and then am due to work from home tomorrow - just chosen to work from somone elses home

The good part is that neither of us will spend our Froday evening on the M25 and that we will get the whole of a Friday evening together - if only I could motivate myself to actually do some more work!

Hi Abi
It can be - that and the fact I have done way over my hours this week and it has just taken me all morning to wade through two days worth of email. Next on the list is a policy review and its not the most motivating of tasks. Still I have a print out of it and I think I may go and sit in the garden and read it - if only the phone would stay quiet for long enough!
So is there more ice cream planned for the weekend?

Unfortunately not. 
Today is day one of a new healthy eating campaign. I am resolving to lose enough weight to make my brother fail to recognise me when he comes back from Indonesia!

First day of the diet... for some unknown reason, it always make me feel achey, headachey and tearful.
