Getting Ready for NaJoPoMo - What to Do, Whom to See

Post 1

Dmitri Gheorgheni, Post Editor

Tomorrow is All Saints' Day. It's also the beginning of NaJoPoMo. If you aren't up on what Create is sponsoring, check here: A87773412. Solnushka's got threads for sign-up, and some suggestions for how to organise your journal.

I'll be doing it, as well - writing a journal called 'Freebie Film Tips' for the month of November, films and videos available for free on the Net. Don't worry if you're subscribed to this journal: I won't be spamming your convo list. Instead, I'll be using one journal thread to list the day's A-numbers. If you want to check out the film tips, you can always bookmark the archive page at A87775924.

Otherwise, just unsubscribe to tomorrow's thread, move along, nothing to see. smiley - winkeye

Of course, if you want to discuss the films, just comment at the bottom of each A-space.

If you're interested in joining in on the journal-writing, check the Create link and sign up. smiley - smiley

The journals are going to be fun - and, of course, provide lots of material for smiley - thepost.

smiley - laugh Titania was kind enough to share her template, or I'd have had trouble. Keeping track of smiley - thepost is already stretching my limited skills, here...smiley - whistle

Oooooh, that's clever. I'm not sure I understand how it works, but I may steal it anyway.

You don't have to use Guide ML: just do it in your journal if it's easier. smiley - ok

If you go into brunel, and change the 'A' in the url to 'test', you'll see the GuideML. Just copy it, change what you like, and paste it into an entry. smiley - smiley

Amy Pawloski, aka 'paper lady'--'Mufflewhump'?!? click here to find out... (ACE)

Tired and in the middle of a sugar crash here (payment for "checking" PaperKid's candy when I've been cutting down my carbs) so this question may be rather dumb... Should I subscribe to the index page, or will you *not* be posting the journals on the bottom of that page?

If you just look at the index page every day, you won't need anything else.

At A87775924, I'm filling in as I go, so the new entry will appear in the table. smiley - smiley No muss, no fuss.

And lay off that sugar. smiley - rofl I know what you mean - we've got a pound or so of Tootsie Rolls (yeah, I picked out gluten-free).
