Never again will I book online

Love the poem, 'bentman, is it yours?
Reminds me of my dad (who had very fixed ideas of the relative places of men and women when I was growing up), when I was going out with someone before I met Roy who told me that he had to be the boss in any relationship said,'Eeh, that'll never do you for!' I nearly fell over backwards. He too has mellowed.

It's done by peer review! Each one goes into its own workshop and gets commented on; once four editors (workshop editors are those people who have had 20 limericks approved) have given it the thumbs up, its approval is confirmed by a senior editor.
I was directed to OEDILF from the Limerick thread here F63419?thread=120392&skip=2020 last summer. I have written 89 limericaks for OEDILF, about half of which have so far been approved.

There are over 25,000 limericks already submitted, over 12,000 of them approved; and we haven't finished the letter B yet.
The top five contributors have sent in over a thousand each, which rather dwarfs my proud total of 89 (some of my new ones haven't been counted in officially yet). Chaiwallah U219914 is responsible for 319.
