We all know what happened to you because you weren't allowed to watch sesmae street, Kerr. you ended up being thrown out of a window...

Because it was American, and my parents didn't want me to learn to spell and pronounce words the American way. Makes sense I suppose. We had Wordy instead
I'd continue that for you DD, but as mentioned, I have no idea what an episode of SS sounds like...

I thought the UK had their very own version of Sesame street. Or was that a recent development. Or was the idea completely a construct of my mind?
Actually, I'm wondering quite how fun that's going to be. The kids and I will be morphing our accents and dialects *whilst* the poor buggers are learning to read and write.
