Ahh, nothing so paralysing as a surfit of choices. Just make sure to chose one and persue it properly- trying to keep too many options open at once rarely succeeds....

Neither do a lot of wines, frankly. I've never seen the appeal of 20 year old vinegar, which to my mind is what a lot of French wines are.

Err, I *think* you just aged yourself ten years there mate
No time for French wine at all. German white I adore, but as far as I'm concerned thae best use for French wine is sprinkling it on chips. Whisky claims that's because we only get the crap stuff over here, but I've drunk plenty of French wine in France, and was equally inimpressed, and if the German's can sell decent stuff over here....
- oh, and you don't irritate my eyes at all, and as for open wounds, I'm not even going to go there
