Not very often, no. One of the engineers brought her new baby in last week- she shouted at me for making "how cute" sound like "urghh, horrible demon thing, get it away".

Accidents on the line- one gone under type reports.
Like the prat that wanted to kill himself in front of one of the new Pendolinos, but chose to do so outside a station, meaning the train was only doing around 15mph and he just got his legs chopped off. That sort of thing.

Thats always so sad.
The last time I was held up by a jumper I actually heard him go. I only missed seeing it because I had turned away about a millisecond before.
And then there were all the inevitable selfish b*st*rds complaining about the hold up. Felt like pushin a few of 'em under myself.

Found a head once. Nothing else, mind, just a head on a track. So has Bruce- stuck to the front of a train pulling into Birmingham New St. Oops. Fortunately him and his squaddy mates hit the sight from the rest of the passengers.
Pre-schoolers: But why do they have to stare for so *long*?
