My dad has arrived from Australia so I
won't be around much over the next week.
I think it's called 'Spending Quality Time'
so someone told me.
He arrived on Sunday, but so far I haven't
seen him, apart from picking him up from the
airport. He stayed with me on Sunday night,
but then I had to go to work, and he went to
see other people. So now I only have about 5
days with him. Not a lot of time really

Hi B-17,
Say hi to your Dad from a South Australian escape'ee.
Did he bring you any Aussie wine?
Thanks for the links to the Photos, it's good to put a face to the name.
Cheers

Thanks guys
It was good, hectic, drunken in points and all too short.
Unfortunately he didn't bring any wine with him as he got here via Tuscanny Still, I may be managing to make it over to Adelaide in March(ish) time so if Cafram & Rosal fancy a wee trip to Adelaide (any family you want to see Rosal? ) I am sure I could help instigate another international meet-up
It was also very weird because I met a lot of people (both friends and family of dad and his partner) that I had not seen for many years.
Very weird indeed!

Cheers, BHB?!
I'd write up another journal entry but I just can't be bothered and since it's on the same subject.....

It's good to hear that you had a good time with your Dad
Never mind about the wine looks like you will have a chance to make up for it in March .
I wish I could visit family and Friends in South Aussie Land, but I am seriously grounded at the moment. One day we might make it to the UK and then you can give us a tour of Scotland, Land. I think I have some very disstant cousins over there some where. Small word.
Cheers
