A Pestel analysis looks at the external pressures (political, economic, social, technological, environmental and legal) and ideally considers what you should do about them.
I've drafted a pestel analysis for NooHooToo here: A82191945. The final version will go in The Great Big Document.
We need to discuss what we're going to do about the challenges themselves, and also make sure the list is complete.
So go on Tiger, rip into the entry. If you care about h2g2 then you know you want to....

PS - I've made a start on a SWOT analysis (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats), but the last two are covered in more by the Pestel Analysis anyway. I'll put it up when I've more time and my access is cheaper.

I doubt we could talk, even on Skype, this side of the weekend, and we are busy over the weekend itself. If there's anything obvious, please do put it here where the folks can see it. Or we could talk after the weekend perhaps.
