oh yeah I'm a geek and I acknowlage that fact. However it can scare people, like saying I have 5 or 6 different versions of D&D, including AD&D, or that I have every nintendo games console ever released in the UK and every Zelda game for them. There's also the I've got four PC's, only one of which has the case on properly, and that I payed 99p for a copy of OS/2 just so I could try it out.

I'm a geek, I like watching star trek, star gate, I have Blackadder and Red Dwarf on DVD, I owe all of the Disc world books. I know how to speak in binary. I have 4 computers, Debian, Windows, Mac, Palm and I know how to reprogram them all.
And who can deny I'm a bit odd in the social department.

Have all of the original four series of transformers, although some episodes are not entirely legal, but when they come out on DVD I shall delete the files from my PC and buy the DVD's I too have all the discworld books, and Also a signed T-Shirt, by PTerry and Paul Kidby, with PK's picture of Death on it I have an extensive Star Trek book, Video and DVD collection, plus Blueprints for the NCC-1701-D and not one but two uniforms. I have over 50, closer to 100, cameras and I am an avid gamer.

I was thinking more along the lines of http://www.boardgamegeek.com/viewcollection.php3?username=gaspode&dir=&orderby=&startletter=ALL&own=1&rated=both&comment=both&trade=both&want=both&rating=
But I do love CivII. I haven't played any MUD for years I'm afraid, oh and have I mentioned being an RPGA GM? Oh and of course I love using the term PS2 to refer to an IBM PS/2, ratherthan a Sony PlayStation 2 and there by confusing people

oh and one of the great things about being a geek is that you can send people a four, of course they need to know how to count in binary on the fingers before it makes sense

Argh! Geeky people!!!
sorry to hear about your stuff Clelba - I've not been around for a bit so have only just caught up. Did I tell you about the time my dad left his brief case in the car and some lads stole it obviously thinking there was money in it? It was very amusing. The brief case (and its contents) was found half a mile down the road - it was full of music They'd obviously chucked it out of their car. I'd love to have seen the lads' faces! tee hee. It did take us half an afternoon to recover all the music that was scattered all over the place though
