Endland drew? What? Eh? But were were ahead? How did that happen?
I watched a snatch of news yesterday which had the England fielders diving for the ball - and failing to catch it - in pure comedy style. I suppose this explains it. But what happened to our second innings?
I doubt you did misspeak it, Blatherskite. I hadn't gotton to the bit about *hollow voice* fulcrums yet, so... I'm not sure I do agree with you that lower is better. On the one occassion that I've ever had to struggle into one of those low slung cars... well, let's just say I wasn't invited back, eh?

Lower is better when you're trying to negotiate a turn at 200mph. Having a low center of gravity means you're less likely to roll.
Now, you could probably find a car with all these features, and be able to turn at 200mph. You'd also spend a lot of time in jail. For normal use we're more than happy to give a little performance in exchange for comfort, because we're never going to use all that performance. You'd probably want something with softer suspension, because it's a more comfortable ride. You might also want something narrower, so it's easier to maneuver. You just have to remember that the more you give in these kinds of areas, the slower you'd have to turn.

*grins* I think it might be time to introduce you to two of my family's cars:

The fiat pictures in particular don't do justice to the whole 'box on wheels' aspect of it. The kangoo, on the other hand, is fantastically easy to get into...
