Actually we left the lid open whilst we went on hollyday in the hopes that'd discover freedom but we came back on Monday and it was still sitting there... I think it likes it here so we've put some toys there for it to play with

: Speaking of unspeakible things in the fridge..... I started this PGCE a little while ago, and this week my mate has been moving in as a (paying!) lodger so I've been pretty busy, very tired, and rather lazy when It comes to food So, after doing a largish shop last Saturday, I didn't have the energy to cook much, and was at college most lunchtimes, so wasn't eating at home there was a bag of what was once salid very, ery unappetizing and some sausages Which had just about turned and which I cooked today! and some undescrible cheese creature that had evolved and was getting heavly involved with a bunch of spring onions that had been lurking in the back of the fridge for a couple of weeks : all cleaned up and thrown out now, cept sausages of course, cause I ate them for lunch well, ate half for lunch, going to sandwichfy the other half for tomorrow so I've something to eat at the school placement : I might just give up buying any food except a bit of bread for toast and some marg, and just eat out though I don't think that would help my "diet" too much

*waits to see if he's been ill from the sausages yet*

Cast iron stomach! : I've eaten some very dodgy stuff in my time, tadpoles, two week old porkpie (not recomended, the porkpie can be really dangerous that old, but didn't effect me!) Oh, and I've eaten half frozen things a couple of times when I've not cooked them long enough/been in a hurry to eat No bad effect from teh sausages
