Thanks 2Legs!
**
I know people tend to forget that cats have natural eating instincts, people I knwo get really really cross at their cats when they catch birds and htings but it's naturally what they have instincts to do and whilst we're not being vegetarian and I think it's wrong of us to shout at them too much for it.

And, seeing as most people still feed their cats tinned cat food, which is meet, it could be a little hypicritical, though I didn't say that Although, there was an article I read some time ago, which said, in a fairly scientifically objective way, that cats were thought to be one, of several reasons behind the decrease in numbers in many common garden birds. Though of course, changing land use and agricultural uses of agricultural land was one of the major causes I think: My Father noticed in our garden this year, a lot of the birds we used to have loads of just wern't appearing at all Though there arn't so many cats now that hunt to a huge extent as most are pretty well fed at home

We always had hundreds of frogs at my Fathers, in the pond in teh front, and at the bottom of the road was a marsh so there were loads down there the worse thing was when the frogs moved to go and spawn, there would be quite a lot flattened on the rooad by cars and desicating in teh summer sun ; We had one very large toad that I think still, lives in the back garden behind the compost heap, and probably pops next door where they have a large pond, just behind the fence behind our compost heap Should be a smiley though
