Spike was in most of it. I'm sure James Marsters' accent is distinctly more convincing this series. Or maybe it's because I'm not hearing much of the real thing.
But I drink as well. Maybe he drinks sometimes. Aaaaargh!

Well he seems very nice so I would't be too concerned... I wonder if there's a website with a picture of him...hey how freaky would it be if his name was Richard too
Spike is definitely the coolest, it's most unfair that Angel gets his own series when Spikes way better and has nice hair too...

As long as you're not claiming his niceness is a way to differentiate between us. I am currently utterly failing to find Durham students' union online.
Oh yeah, Spike's much better than Angel. Mind you, I also liked Mr. Trick, who was woefully underused.

I have to say I have never got into either Buffy or Angel... something to do with the unconvincing prosthetics.
And the Gold Blend connection...

(Sorry, this is a bit random, but:
To get to Belmont Industrial Estate from HildBede roundabout
1. Go up Gilesgate (the steep bit, no, the really steep bit - the one that isn't a dual carriageway, or going down)
2. Keep going along Gilesgate (past Kwiksave, and in fact its now no longer Gilesgate but Sunderland Road)
3. Keep going
4. Keep going
I bet you can guess what 5, 6, 7, and 8 are...
9. Get to a roundabout
10. Go left
11. next right
12. keep going
13. see 12
14. Follow road round to right
15. Next left
16. Should be able to see it soon...
- (Me)Andy(G)'s 16 point guide to finding the sorting office in the Belmont Industrial Estate... Sorry I couldn't have been of more help earlier....)

Wait, that's not fair... You mean in the UK, your uni school yeaar starts a month after ours, and you get out two weeks earlier...?
Uni!!!
Bagpuss Posted Dec 2, 2001
Ah but in the UK it doesn't finish until much later in the summer. This has the advantage that when I go home I should hopefully get the drop on all the other students looking for summer jobs.

Oh... Yes, you'd be the only one who knows both school years, aren't you Baggy?

Bagpuss Posted Dec 2, 2001
Probably, except Ontario is apparently weird in having a Grade 13 at high school (though they're getting rid of that, which means next September there will be twice as many first year university students as usual).

There should be a new student residence here by then, though I don't know what they're going to do in a few years when the number of students drops again (I assume they're going to try to convince more upper year students to stay in residence in two years to avoid flooding the local housing market).

Hate to disappoint you Baggy but I think you'll find that nto only does the next term finish on March the 15th (with a 2 week break in February) and not start again til the very end of April, the last term also finishes on the 7th of May
