I could never look myself in the face again... not to mention the whole Earth spinning off its axis thing

Hmmm, facial hair.... Will decline on passing comment until I have seen the actual face. Will you be posting pics for us Unc?
Will it indeed still be there for the meet in Jan?
As for the whole pulling or not pulling thing. Go with the flow. Nothing is as unpredictable as a female. I'm talking from experience here. Hell, I *never* know what I'm doing

its not really a beard. its currently just designer stubble. i juyst want to see how far it goes. then ill shave all but some long bernards and a handlebar moustache. for ironic purposes, natch.
as for the pulling, well, er, theres another girl i like more...its all so complicated isnt it?

Well go for it. You are young enough not to need to be angsty about it - and you look like you should have a rakish reputation!

I think you have two options honey, either ask her out and risk the friendship or keep the friendship as it is and well, you know the rest
Sorry, I can't be much use now, I feel so hypocritical, I'm just gonna go and unsubscribe, probably sensible.

i have many a reputation at uni. rakish is definately not one of them. absurd is nearer the mark. 'most likely to be commited at some point in the future' hits the nail on the head

Oh in that case, you can do what you like and plea insanity in mitigation.
Just remember to go 'bibble' every so often.

When I was little I used to cry if I saw a beard. I always make my boyfriend get rid of his
*shudders at the thought of stubble*

Mark can't grow a beard at all... He has patchy facial hair *grin* Makes me happy at any rate. Too damn itchy.

im not growing it to attract girls. in exactly the same way as women buy clothes solely to impress other women, whatever you may say, i am growing a beard as an entirely male kudos thing. i will shave it sooner or later, into an ironic handlebar moustache and garner the due respect of my peers. maybe. actually, to be honest, i just think the stubble makes me look like a matinee idol. or, er, something. yes.

designer stubble can look really good on some guys, makes the look a lot sexier.
There's this guy at school everyone's been swooning over since we were in 1st year, I didn't think he was very attractive, though he was pretty but I don't really go for pretty boys, anyhow past few months he's not been shaving very often so has the designer stubble look...he looks much better for it
Tom, I'm sure you look fine with a bit of stubble, I thought you looked good before actually, but never mind
