Here I am having had fever all day and wondering if life can get any worse... Although it can, that's for sure... The bright side for being sick is to be able to be online more... Although I shouldn't do that either, I'll just get sicker... But it's no use to worry about that now, having already spent here most of my day... Where is everyone? I could use a chat... Oh well, I can spend my time alone as well... I should try to cheer up...
Those were for me... Thanks, Alien, it really made me feel better... You're welcome...
*starts singing 'Always look on the bright side of life' as well as she can with her sore throat*

LOL!!
You should've done that when I still was sick... I would've gotten well immediately and wouldn't now be all lost with maths & physics...
But how do you expect me to get offline now that you started yet another thread???

By the magic of space-time inversion thingamiejigs I'm just going through your journal trying to make you look popular

You know, I really don't think you should go outside today, I think your flu could be getting worse...

Alien Posted Aug 25, 2000
You think so? *cough* You know, you might be right... It looks so cold and unviting out there too...
Cough, cough
King Cthulhu of Balwyniti Posted Aug 25, 2000
Certainly! Your friendly Doctor Cthulhu advises plenty of siiting in front of computer rest ( I'm sure I meant to say bedrest ) for at least the next couple of hours, when I'll have to leave anyway

If I stay here, would Doctor Cthulhu then help me undertand all the impossible stuff in all the schoolbooks that I've been missing in the past few days?
Cough, cough
King Cthulhu of Balwyniti Posted Aug 25, 2000
Why but of course!
First lesson - there's an 's' in the word "undertand" Oops, I mean "unsertand". That is, "unertadsn" I........hmmm. Some other subject perhaps English is too hard
Cough, cough
Alien Posted Aug 25, 2000
lol
You mean like: undertands? Or sundertand?
Damn, where could we find out where the s comes...
Cough, cough
King Cthulhu of Balwyniti Posted Aug 25, 2000
Hmmm.... perhaps that could be a new guide entry "Where the s comes from". You're a scout, you should be able to get it through.... As for this Sundertand place, it sounds like somewhere I'd like to spend my vacations - it sounds almost middle-earthy
Cough, cough
Alien Posted Aug 25, 2000
I'm not a scout... Just an ACE and Guru and that's quite enough, thank you...
Middle-Earthy Sundertand? Hmm... Now where did I put my map...
Cough, cough
King Cthulhu of Balwyniti Posted Aug 25, 2000
I think it's just too the right of Beleiriand (I think that's how you spell it - not easy without the book in front of me. Perhaps your map will enlighten me....)
Cough, cough
Alien Posted Aug 25, 2000
Beleriand sounds more familiar to me - not that it would prove anything... Now it looks like the map is on my friend's wall and not here... Which actually makes sense because it's his map...

Alien Posted Aug 25, 2000
Umm... I don't know... I've just heard other people use that word and I thought it went well with that sentence...
Cough, cough
King Cthulhu of Balwyniti Posted Aug 25, 2000
You may have a point - I ran through every other word in the English language and none of them fit. For example "Which would make Roger because..... I dallied with sandwhiches for a while - "Which would make sandwhiches because..." but that just didn't make se....oh dear.
Cough, cough
King Cthulhu of Balwyniti Posted Aug 25, 2000
Damn, now we have the mystery of the unusually appearing 'h'. I wonder if it came from Sundertand too......
Cough, cough
Alien Posted Aug 25, 2000
You're right - there just aren't many words that go well with that sentece... But I don't think the sandwhiches-one was that bad... Actually it sounds very good to me... Hey, I know!! What if "sense" and "sandwhiches" are synonyms?! And I'm sure sandwhiches come from Sundertand... The people out there must be clever enough to come up with something like that...
But how do these sandwhiches look like then??
