h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

School, that is. Year two, semester three of community college. Right at this moment I should be writing a short essay, and an even shorter speech. However, this is so much easier.
No math course this semester. All my classes are the kind where I will have to write big long essays on a regular basis. COM 101, COM 125, and ENG 102. And a one credit info literacy course, where I'm going to learn how to surf the net...(te he)
Well, thats all folks...

Second year at Uni. (Arrrgh! I'm one year away from finals.)

And I took my first lecture of the semster this morning. I've got some more tomorrow as well. But, and this is the groovy part, my entire timetable is restricted to just Tuesday and wednesday (!!!)

Tha's right folks, I've got a 5-day weekend. he-he! But I pay for it with back-ground reading.



Hmmm, while i went to get a drink, a series of interesting developments have been taking place...

My next door neighbours on my corridor have posted a ransom-style note underneath the door of another neighbour who quite frankly is just a little bit strange and riles everyone up all the time. The mesage is to whit:

"We know where you live and we are coming to get you."
it is using cut up newspaper fonts and includes a nice little pictoral bleeding dagger.

So, they have slid this under his door and now in a fit of conscience are trying to retrive it again. I've lent them a length of un-bent coat-hanger with some blu-tack on the end and left them to it. It's 11.45 and Brian (strange neighbour) is due back any time soon I imagine, this is of course assuming that he is'nt in there already with the note.

I'll keep you abreast of further developments.

Right it's an early start tomorrow, so I'm off t'bed.
