This roving correspondent is currently pursuing a PhD degree in molecular phylogenetics (well, in biology, anyhow) at Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, NC. My dogeared and worn paperback copy of The Hitchhiker's Guide is pulled off the bookshelf and read with great awe and tremendous amusement every year or so. I've always wanted to have a chance to pen entries for the REAL guide. Thanks for the opportunity, guys!

"The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is a wholly remarkable book. It has been compiled and recompiled many times and under many different editorships. It contains contributions from countless numbers of travellers and researchers."
