Did you finish your curry now?
Thought I'd rather reply here, instead of the PR thread.
I must admit that I've never paid much attention to the number of the dots in PR, but now you mention it, it seems a small number all right. If you're bored, take a look here: A16350923.
I'm really not sure if it's only PR being 'that' quiet, or if it's just so boring nobody thinks he can be bothered with it.

I'll have a look at that later, I'm off to my little cousin's second birthday party soon
It's no great crisis... yet There are plenty in the queue already, but I don't like looking at PR and seeing it so empty - I feel I have to do something about it. Ideally I'd like to get round every Entry there with a comment, but I'm likely to run out of time before the weekend.

Oooh, a birthday party with small kids
To be honest, I'm quite glad I don't have to organise them anymore

Because it's halloween!
I'm not bad, it's been a bit of a long week as I've had lots to do offline, but I get to stay in bed til lunchtime tomorrow I've been trying to get some reports done, but it's been a long process and I need a good half day in bed!

I only just looked at the clock - it's wo hours later than I thought it was
How's the school project going?
Good Luck !
Skankyrich [?] Posted Oct 27, 2006
It hasn't started yet I'm itching to get going, but the school haven't been in touch. The lady who is organising it at the Trust is going away for a month next week, so it could be a while. It's a bit frustrating, really...

Sorry to hear this Weren't you thinking time was sparse and you had to prepare it pronto? It's not nice that they let you wait now.

Nice to see you, too! I'm here but ing for most of the night; I'm close to finishing a very difficult piece of work, so keep hitting the 'Refresh' button whenever I need a few seconds of light relief So I can say hi and things, but will be very slow in replying!
Good Luck !

No worries, I didn't half expect you to be still online anyway.
Are you working on a new entry, or something else?
Good Luck !
Skankyrich [?] Posted Nov 4, 2006
No, I'm not working on anything new, or finishing anything, for h2g2 until I've got my Wildlife Trust work done. I'm working on improving access to nature reserves, so you can imagine there's a lot of work involved. I need to get ahead of myself a little bit and have taken a few days off next week to get the fieldwork and the rest of the write-ups done. My 'carrot' is allowing myself back onto h2g2 properly again
To be honest, if I wasn't being tough on myself with this, I'd probably miss the deadline at the end of the month!

How do you improve access to nature reserves, and in which sense do I have to understand 'access'?
Don't stress yourself, it could spoil everything for you if i was more stress than fun.
It's nice to hear you say that coming back to h2g2 is your reward for a job well done, though.

It's improving access for less able people - partially sighted and blind, elderly, wheelchair users etc. Sometimes there's not a lot you can do; if it's a woodland on a very steep hill, for example. Often, though, you can do something, whether it's providing more benches and resting places, changing the catches on gates, levelling paths and so on.
It's quite an important bit of work, so I have to take it very seriously. It really gets me round some nice places, though
