Wow, what a backlog!
I'm just about getting over it now. I worked the afternoon shift, then slept for three hours, ate a curry and half-dozed on the sofa until about 3am. I slept pretty much right through until 11.30 this morning, but I've had to skip lunch with my Dad in favour of a couple of hours slobbing on the sofa again before I go back to work this afternoon. It's amazing how much losing a night's sleep screws you up.

ah, but it's such a magical age, we're neither running up the hill, or coming back down it - just partially halfway up and 'nearly' over it.

There is only one thing worse than being Gosho, and that is not being Gosho Posted May 3, 2008
You'd think that it'd you up less as you get older seeing as how you (reportedly) need less sleep, but I've found the reverse to be true.

Sho - employed again! Posted May 3, 2008
When we have a busy month end, and I get home after midnight (which is nearly every month) having started work at 8am it takes me around a week to get over it. But then I am in my mid-40s

I'm not really here Posted May 3, 2008
Tch, when I was 31 I was regularly missing sleeping on a Saturday night completely! Although I did tend to go to bed at 6pm on a Sunday night.

I ocsionally do very* long days, up say 9 through to 4 or 6 AM the following day Though I doubt I could regualrly do the three or four days with no sleep that I did in my teens
