I just wanted to leave a message here (for a change). And at the same ask you if I may add you to my friends list here on H2 since we are having nice conversations.
Have a nice weekend
Tina
Hallo :)
PaulchenPanther Posted Aug 31, 2007
Hello Tina,
Thank you very much for thinking of me.
I guess, you`re au fauit with the adding to the friends list because I can`t remember how it works.
Maybe you could tell me, couldn`t you?
Of course, if you want me on your friends list. Feel free to do.
Regards,
Thomas

matodemi Posted Aug 31, 2007
Hallo Thomas,
it is easy to add someone to your friends list (even I found out how, so it can't be that complicated).
If you go to the personal site of the person you want to add, and if you are in the brunel version of the site (I don't know where things are with the other skins) then you find on the right sight and quite high above "add to friends" - just click and that's it...
I'll be off to my sofa now and relax a little before falling to sleep
Hope to see you tomorrow
Tina
Hallo :)
PaulchenPanther Posted Aug 31, 2007
Hi Tina,
Now you`re twice on my friends list.
Should I delete the whole list to repeat it?
Please be so kind and give me advice.
Good night and till tomorrow,
Thomas

Hallo Thomas,
I just had a look and I am there only once - so I think either you have sorted out the problem yourself, or it was just in the moment when you added me (the new friend is always on top of the list, when you leave and go back later it is among the list).

Hallo :)
PaulchenPanther Posted Sep 1, 2007
Hello Tina,
I think the problem was sorted out by itself because I haven`t done anything since my yesterday`s message late at the evening.
Hence, everything is alright in my space again and I`m happy.
What are you going to do at the weekend aside of exam preparation? Now I have finished with my flat cleaning.
Would you mind if you explained the subject line to me ? I don`t understand den meaning of Hallo
Regards,
Thomas
Hallo :)
matodemi Posted Sep 1, 2007
Hallo Thomas,
good that there are problems that sort themselves out
I am not doing anything, but relax and a little learning. I should be doing some housework though - until now I only did my "big" shopping (the weekend I buy more than during the week, like drinks for school, during the week it is only things like bread, salad, and what else is needed fresh).
And I did some washing.
Next week will be quite exhausting. Monday the job interview + a date at the dermatologists for a allergy test with my daughter and I have a skin problem at the moment as well. Tuesday - learning. Wednesday we will with Daimler Chrysler with our boss ("Betriebsbesichtigung"). Thursday there is an information presentation by the "Arbeitsagentur" and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, about how women start their own businesses (I am just interested, perhaps to do some sort of that kind , but not as a full time thing). And Friday the exam....
So I should relax the weekend to get some strength
The subject line: I didn't know what to write there, so I simply said "Hallo" as a friendly greeting

PaulchenPanther Posted Sep 5, 2007
Hello Tina,
How are things going? I hope according to the plan you wrote to me.
This week began my training course English and it´s really an adventure.
Nice to talk in English again and to brush up my spoken English.
At the beginning it was a little bit boring but now, some participants ask me for aid and it makes fun to help others.
The course deals with commercial and business English, but, anyway, there is enough open space for kidding.

Thomas

matodemi Posted Sep 5, 2007
Hallo Thomas,
good for you that you like your course.
I am studying a little - but not much anymore, what I can't do now, I won't be able to learn till friday.
Today was busy (we visited Mercedes Benz) and tomorrow will be so as well... (so I don't have a chance to get overtly nervous)
Hopefully friday will be good

Hallo :)
PaulchenPanther Posted Sep 5, 2007
Hallo Tina,
Thanks a lot, I had my concerns.
At last, I think, things will sort themselves out alright.
To be a hootoo member makes me feel safe in many ways.
Well, I mean, to think in English gives an additional portion of security and flexibility.
Would you mind if I think of you on friday?
Kind regards,
Thomas
Hallo :)
matodemi Posted Sep 5, 2007
Hallo Thomas,
I actually would appreciate if you thought of me on Friday - every help is welcome, and I believe in "help by thoughts".
And you have already done this exam, so you know exactly what I'll be doing on Friday.
Concerning your courses: I can imagine that it helps to write here as well, so English is more natural.
Unfortunately I do not have such a course, and in my workshops I do talk a lot, but have to do so slowly - I am the leader and have to pick the others speed. And of course I try to make them talk as much as possible (which is not easy).
Next week I am going to read a fairytale by Oscar Wilde with them - one of the participants wanted to do so. I only have to choose which one I'll take.

Hallo Tina,
I thought of you this morning and I hope it helped.
How was the exam? Has everything gone smoothly?
Concerning my English course I have to tell you that the challenges are not so high as expected ...
... but the atmosphere is quite well. Jokes are permitted.
I think to run a workshop is great fun, and is as well as suited to improve the command of English.
What`s your opinion about the proses of Oskar Wilde? We had 'The Canterville Ghost' in grammar school.

Hallo :)
matodemi Posted Sep 7, 2007
Hallo Thomas,
so it was you who helped me this morning
It was quite okay, I think I have passed, but on which level I don't know.
To run a workshop can be tricky, but I manage (hopefully the attendants think so as well).
I love Oscar Wilde, at school we read one or the other play and later I read more by him. When doing my "Fachhochschulreife" a couple of years ago, we had to go into English oral exams, and I choose Oscar Wilde as subject (we were free to choose whatever we wanted). My teacher (who took the exam) said then, I must have had good teachers in my schooltime, because I loved Oscar Wilde and wasn't fed up.
Now its waiting for the result of today and the invitation for the oral exam.

Hallo Tina,
How are you going? I mean in the main.
We got a quite well weather in Berlin although the temperatures in the morning don`t invite to go swimming.
Therefore I was in the forest by bike and savoured the silence a bit.
The second week of my English course is gone and I`m thinking about what will happen afterwards.
I guess, you know this situation very well. What do you think about, having fun and enjoying the show?
Your idea to read on although I sometimes miss some vocabulary, has proved als feasible.
Even Stephen King is not one of the simple tasks, I must smile to myself how situations in the novel are decribed.
I hope, you enjoy a nice weekend, too.

Hallo Thomas,
oh, I know the situation of "what after....." very well. Until Tuesday I had to think about that, since this 1-Euro-scheme I am in would have lasted till 31st of Ocotber...
My weekend was quite busy, yesterday I had the school party at my childrens school and in the evening my 25th anniversary class meeting of my old class.
So I am quite tired today and will only relax
Have a nice Sunday

Hallo :)
PaulchenPanther Posted Oct 7, 2007
Hallo Tina,
Another Sunday has nearly gone and it`s been a sunny day.
Sometimes I took a look into The Post and I would do it more often but the routine business requires so much time.
... and the artificial problems need time to be solved, too.
I not want only to tell you how impressed I feel by the poem you composed.
After I read it, I`ve been feeling much better. Thank you!
Thomas
Hallo :)
matodemi Posted Oct 10, 2007
Hallo Thomas,
due to reorganizing my life I have not been online - sorry.
Thank you for liking my poem. I only write one every now and then, when a poem comes up into my mind (unfortunately that happens often when I don't have anything to write or not the opportunity to write, so most of them get lost).
Jobwise I decided that to work part time is the better solution, being out of the house for 11 hrs a day and coming home - doing housework, controlling the kids schoolwork or help them with it if necessary is just too much at the moment, especially for my daughter. Plus there is something about that company that already makes me think I won't stay there forever but will be looking for a new job, more near to home and a few hrs more by next year.
Hope you have a nice day
Tina
Hallo :)
PaulchenPanther Posted Oct 10, 2007
Good evening, Tina,
Reorganizing? What do you mean by that, please?
Of course, sometimes things are predictable but not always in every matter.
You told me of an 45 minutes` way to work, didn`t you?
Well, your decision to stay a fixed point in the family and therefore a good mother could no better one.
Anyway, I did the same under the condititons you stated.
But Perhaps, ther`re some points to rethink.
Provided, the relationship with your employer is going to be optimal, ask for a salary rise to buy a car.
That something, bringing you to think about staying any longer, is worth to be checked if it´s real or just imagination.
I mean, thoughts are sometimes playing a trick on me and it`s difficult to distinguish between reality and imagination.
Take it easy!
By the way, sons need their mom, too, even they don`t say...
I`ve been not only impressed by the way you`ve dared to express your feelings as well as the brightness of your words.
Very brave to do it in The Post. My admiration.
Now it`s bedtime for me.
I hope to see you soon again.
Thomas
